  • My account

    Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. You will receive a secure email to set a new one. The link expires after 30 minutes.

    Sign in, open My account → Settings, update your email, and confirm the verification message sent to the new address.

    Yes, from My account → Settings → Delete account. Some order data may be retained for legal obligations, without marketing use.

  • Orders

    Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, choose shipping, then payment. A confirmation email is sent immediately.

    While the order has not shipped, contact us promptly at contact@royallium.com with your RL- order number. We will do our best to adjust or cancel.

    We currently offer cash on delivery (COD) for eligible zones. Additional methods will be added soon; the options shown at checkout are authoritative.

  • Returns & refunds

    You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging, except where product pages state otherwise.

    Email contact@royallium.com with your order number and reason. We will send the steps and the return address for your country.

    Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the parcel. Bank posting may take up to 10 additional days.

  • Shipping & tracking

    In mainland France, allow roughly 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier. For the EU and UK, lead times are shown at checkout by zone.

    A tracking link is emailed once the order ships. You can also check status under My account → Orders.

    Yes, we deliver across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Exact fees and times are calculated from the address entered at checkout.

  • Payment & billing

    Prices shown on Royallium include applicable VAT for private customers in France and are adjusted at checkout according to the delivery country where required.

    Yes. The invoice is attached to your confirmation email or available under My account → Orders → Details.
