Under European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals and any gifts), without signs of excessive use. Hygiene or personalised products may be excluded where the law allows; the product page states this.

Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a deduction corresponding to the loss of value found during inspection.

Contact contact@royallium.com with your RL- order number, the items concerned and the reason for return. We confirm the return address and, for France, label arrangements where applicable.

Keep your proof of shipment until our warehouse confirms receipt.

After inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Bank posting times are outside our control.

Initial shipping fees may be refunded if the entire order is returned under the right of withdrawal; partial returns follow applicable regulations.

Royallium does not offer direct exchanges: return the item using the procedure above, then place a new order for the size or item you want. This ensures up-to-date stock and clear tracking.

For a confirmed defect or non-conformity, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We arrange the return at our expense and offer a replacement or full refund, including initial shipping fees where the law requires it.

Customers outside France bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. Initial customs duties are non-refundable where regulations prohibit it.
