Returns and refunds

Royallium return policy: time limits, conditions, and refund processing.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Royallium extends this to 30 days for most unused items so you have time to try the product at home.

The withdrawal period begins the day you or a third party you designate — other than the carrier — takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Return conditions

Items must be returned in original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals, any gifts), without signs of excessive use. Hygiene or personalised products may be excluded where the law allows; product pages will state this clearly.

Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a deduction matching the loss of value observed during inspection.

3. Procedure

Contact contact@royallium.com with your RL- order number, the items concerned, and the reason for return. We confirm the return address and, for France, label instructions where applicable.

Keep proof of shipment until we confirm receipt at our warehouse. Without proof, we may be unable to trace a parcel reported as lost in transit.

4. Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method or by agreed alternative (notably for COD) within 3 to 5 business days. Bank display times are outside our control.

Initial shipping fees may be refunded if the entire order is returned under a withdrawal right; partial returns follow applicable regulations. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

5. Exchanges

Royallium does not offer direct exchanges: return the item using the procedure above, then place a new order for the size or reference you want. This keeps stock accurate and tracking clear for both parties.

6. Defective products

For proven defects or non-conformity, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We arrange return at our expense and offer replacement or full refund, including initial shipping where the law requires it.

Manufacturing warranties may apply in addition to your statutory rights; we assist with manufacturer claims when that speeds resolution.

7. International returns

Customers outside France bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the error is ours. Initial customs duties are non-refundable where regulations prohibit it.

Use a tracked service for international returns and declare the parcel accurately to avoid delays at customs. We are not responsible for returns refused or held due to incorrect documentation.
