Royallium ships from France to mainland France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Available options depend on the address entered at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering — we review customs and logistics constraints on a case-by-case basis.
Overseas departments and territories may be subject to specific lead times or fees communicated before your order is confirmed.
For addresses in France, shipping rates are calculated according to weight, volume, and the carrier selected at payment. Indicative lead times are 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
An email notification with a tracking link is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Check your spam folder if you receive nothing within 24 hours of an "Shipped" status.
International orders are shipped through our logistics partners with a tracking number. Lead times generally range from 5 to 12 business days depending on destination. Exact fees are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply outside the European Union or under local regulations. Royallium clearly indicates amounts collected at checkout where the law requires it.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. (Paris time) on a business day are usually prepared the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed when logistics operations resume.
During peak demand (sales, holidays), an extra one to two business days may apply; we will notify you by email if that is the case.
Use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel. If you are unavailable, the carrier usually leaves a notice; you then have a few days to collect from a pickup point or reschedule delivery according to their terms.
Report any damaged parcel on receipt with photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@royallium.com.
Free shipping offers may apply above a defined cart threshold (for example €150 in the EU during active campaigns). The exact threshold is shown in the site banner and recalculated in the cart before payment.
Promotional free shipping applies to standard delivery options only unless otherwise stated. Express or premium services may remain chargeable.
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, write to contact@royallium.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation and, depending on the outcome, arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
For COD orders, we verify delivery status with the carrier before processing any refund or replacement to prevent duplicate fulfilment.
