Ordering online should stay simple, even when parcels cross several hubs before reaching you. Royallium ships from France to mainland France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom with tracked carriers. Here is how to anticipate lead times, fees, and key steps for a smooth delivery.

Once confirmed, you receive an email with your RL- number. Preparation usually starts the next business day if the order was placed before 2 p.m. Paris time. Weekends and public holidays delay dispatch without penalty — we email if an item is temporarily out of stock.

In mainland France, allow roughly two to five business days after carrier pickup. For the EU and UK, expect five to twelve days depending on destination and any customs checks. Exact amounts show before payment; no hidden fees are added later.

The tracking link arrives when the parcel leaves our warehouse. Also check My account → Orders if the email is missing (check spam). If you are absent, the carrier leaves a notice; you then have a few days to collect from a pickup point or reschedule.

Parcel damaged on receipt? Photograph packaging and product, then contact contact@royallium.com within 48 hours with your order number. We open a carrier case and offer replacement or refund as appropriate.
